Refund/Exchanges

Howlistic accepts returns for items purchased in our store or through our website. Just bring the item in new condition with the tags and the original receipt back to Howlistic for a refund or exchange. After 30 days and up to 60 days from date of purchase, refunds will be issued in store credit only.

Web Returns and Exchanges

If an item isn't working out for your dog or cat or you think that you've received a defective item or item in error please email us at: help@howlistic.com or call us at (619)255-7317. Remember that pets should be supervised when playing with toys, treats, and chews. No toy is completely indestructible.

Orders placed online can be returned to our store or to our Returns Department at the address below. To receive credit items must be returned in new condition with tags and the receipt included.

When shipping your return be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and use a shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the credit for your items to be applied to your account.

Howlistic does not recommend exchanges for online purchases. To guarantee that the items you like are in stock please contact us, or place a new order online at any time and send the returned items back to us for a refund.

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will not have the original shipping charges refunded and may be subject to additional shipping or restocking fees. To be eligible for credit all returns must be delivered to the address above or the Howlistic store.
